This gem of a session happened on a Monday morning, just after A + D eloped at the courthouse in downtown San Diego. I love photographing couples just after they've gotten married- there is a certain blissful new-ness that makes everything extra magical.

ScheduleLately I have been experimenting with ideas of how to present photos from the wedding day back to couples after everything is ready. The wedding galleries we give back are amazing, but are filled to the brim with amazing photos, and can be a bit overwhelming all at once.

Yesterday's wedding in Ocean Beach, CA was an absolute dream come true. Ashley & Jack are so perfect together! They said 'I do' at the edge of Sunset Cliffs and enjoyed an incredible dinner afterward at their restaurant reception. Bo-beau Kitchen + Bar is just down the street from the cliffs, and is easily one of the best restaurants in Ocean Beach- perfect for an intimate wedding reception.

ScheduleThis recent engagement session in the woods at Balboa Park was absolutely dreamy. We used just a little bit of fun special effects to create some really romantic and beautiful photographs. A little bit of canned fog and the perfect location choice was a really amazing combination! 

I love beach engagement sessions, and my favorite time of year to photograph engagement sessions at the beach is definitely fall. We often luck out and enjoy a completely perfect or vibrantly colorful sunset during this time of year, and the majority of the crowds seem to have left the beach until the next summer. Our quiet bit of coastline is peaceful, breezy and cool- the perfect combination for getting some great photographs. 

Yesterday's engagement session at Peltzer Farms in Temecula was just incredible. This authentic farm style venue was an absolute dream come true! There were so many great spots for photos, it was a fantastic time with so many beautiful moments.

I am so excited to share this wedding story from Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula. Chrissy & Jake are so perfect together- this rustic soiree is sure to steal your heart. The entire day was absolutely gorgeous- I love that Chrissy chose to incorporate two different looks throughout the day.
