I am so excited to share a recent engagement session I photographed at The Honey Farm in Lebanon, Ohio. Kenzi & Brandon will be getting married there in 2022 and so they had the unique opportunity to take their engagement photos at their wedding venue. If you have the opportunity to do that, it’s a really great chance to walk around with the photographer ahead of the big day and take some photos. It gives you a great idea of how things will look on your wedding day, and you can figure out what you love most before the actual wedding rolls around.

During their engagement session, they also brought along their puppy - who is less than a year old and has a ton of energy. I absolutely adore photographing couples with their dogs, and we got so many cute engagement photos with their dog! They did what I always suggest- bring your pup for just the beginning of the engagement session and then have a trusted family or friend there to whisk them away. This allows you to get photos with and without your pet, and also makes it a fun experience for your dog, instead of a stressful one. Especially with this young of a pup- asking them to play with us for a few minutes was totally fine, but the whole engagement session would have been too much for him! They brought treats along, but this puppy was so excited- he was willing to do everything we asked of him no matter what- it was so cute!!!

This engagement session is an absolutely favorite of mine and I am so excited to share! We had so much fun exploring their venue, and there were a ton more spots that would be great to use. The Honey Farm is absolutely beautiful, and I am so excited to photograph their wedding day there soon! In the meantime, enjoy this quick look K & B’s Honey Farm engagement photos!
