I first met Megan and Brennan last year at their engagement session in Yellow Springs, Ohio. It was at that time that I learned they had an incredible engagement story. Brennan asked Megan to marry him on a trip they took to New York while they were enjoying a pop-up art exhibit called Color Factory. I learned that they love to travel together; and that love for travel carried through to their wedding day theme.

On their wedding day, Megan and Brennan chose to have a first look to see each other for the first time before their ceremony. Brennan’s reaction was absolutely priceless. I have never seen a groom so amazed by the beauty of his bride. After spending a moment together, we set off for Wittenburg University to take a few photos with the couple and their bridal party. The Springfield college campus had so many great locations for photos. Even on a hot summer day, we were able to keep cool in the shade during their bridal party photos. Megan and Brennan’s church ceremony was simple and elegant. Following the ceremony, their reception was held a the Champaign Aviation Museum. Their unique wedding venue was basically a hangar that opened up onto a small airfield. Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing and an incredible summer sunset.

Now these two lovebirds are setting out on the journey of a lifetime. They are spending their honeymoon traveling the world together. Their travel-inspired wedding day seems like the perfect way to begin such a grand adventure. A huge congratulations to the Mr. & Mrs.! Wishing you the happiest ever after.
