Elegant June Wedding in Dayton
Every wedding day is different, but at this Dayton wedding, something happened that I have never seen before. I have been photographing weddings for quite a while, but this was definitely a first. Here’s the scoop. Nichole & Kyle got married on the same day as Nichole’s grandparents. They wanted to celebrate that they share the same special wedding anniversary day, so they surprised her grandparents with a cake of their own during the reception. It was such a sweet moment.
We began the day at Fairhaven Church, where they said ‘I do’ in front of their family & friends at the chapel. Then everyone headed to the reception, held at a private property. They rented a tent for the party and everyone enjoyed a beautiful summer wedding reception. Just as the sun began to set, we snuck away for a few moments to get some sunset wedding photos. We took some portraits in a wheat field, and it was so beautiful. June weddings are so dreamy, and this wedding day was so perfect.
